Hey i have the exact same problem i am in Puerto Rico and the -4:00 won't work well odly enough is in the selection to create an account here

The Arlo team has identified the root cause of this issue and is working towards a resolution. We will post an update as soon as a fix is released.

This issue has been resolved. Atlantic time should now be an option in the Time Zone field under Base Station Settings.
