Has anything been added to the area that may be causing interference with the cameras? Electronic devices, routers, modems anything like that? Consider bringing the cameras close to the base station, power cyclying them by opening and closing the battery compartment door and then remounting them. You could also trying cleaning off the IR sensor on the face of the cameras with a soft cloth to make sure there is no physical debris causing interference. Please let me know if this helps!

Hello Everyone,

As the past couple weeks my Arlo camera I mounted in my shed, and front door seem to record without any movement present. The camera looks to have predation or artifacts and the beginning of the video. It also seems to activate my shed camera everytime I log into the Arlo app.

Anyone have any answers or solutions?

Thanks

Got that symptom too.. It's a bug coming either from firmware or the App Update.. When is the fix? Only Netgear Knows..

Me too. Ever since the last firmware upgrade I get more false recordings than real ones.

Try decreasing the sensitivity. If the new firmware made tweaks in that area a different setting may be needed.

Sorry for the lapse is the response, but I dont know if a new update had fixed the issue. I'm no longer getting false positives.

Thanks for the help.
