Just set up and whilst one is beaut colour the other two are B&W ?. What have I done wrong.

Let me inform you that as per our data center, it shows that the firmware of all your Arlo cameras are not on the latest version. I suggest that you update its firmware. Kindly check these links below as reference guide:

How can I trigger my Arlo system to update its firmware?

Furthermore, about your concern on your 2 cameras that displays black & white, is there sufficient lighting on where they are deployed?

the cameras sense the light level and automaticly switch over to B/W if light levels fall below a certain point
