Red flashing symbol, and then camera connection gets lost

I just installed my cameras. Once is a while they get a red flashing symbol, and I lose the connection for that particular camera. Do you know why that's happening? Thanks.

That means the camera is recording. You can't do anything with it until the recording time is over. You should have a video in your library with the timestamp of when you noticed the red icon.

Okay, thanks, but any idea why I get this message?

"The camera failed to connect. Please try again.". It happens after I get the red camera symbol flashing.

Is the camera signal strong? Have you tried logging out and back in? There seems to be some issue where the latter is needed more these days.
