Can i set up a base station in a different location under an Elite plan?

Yes. When using the Elite plan the additional base stations (up to 3) do not need to be on the same network as the first.

Link doesn't work and you are probably the only company who refuses to offer live support after I just purchased $700 worth of security cameras. I should have bought another brand.

Buyers beware.....Netgear/Arlo only want your money and not to help you!

Take a second and actually loom at these pages with a modicum of intelligence. At the top of each page is a Support link. Try it - you might like it. Of course, you'll also have to actually look at the page that link displays to see the phone numbers as well as a number of other contact methods.
