    <description>&lt;P&gt;One of my camera firmware upgrade hasn't been successful.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The 4 others are fine and running firmware&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;1.2.2688.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since, the camera led does not light.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As per "&amp;nbsp;&lt;A target="_blank" href="https://community.arlo.com/t5/Arlo-Knowledge-Base/My-Arlo-camera-won-t-sync-to-the-base-station-how-can-I/ta-p/995"&gt;https://community.netgear.com/t5/Arlo-Knowledge-Base/My-Arlo-camera-won-t-sync-to-the-base-station-h...&lt;/A&gt; "&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it means Firmware corrupt, please contact the support.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'll call them but as I imagine I'm not alone in this case, has anyone a&amp;nbsp;solution to share?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I removed the battery, reboot my base station and waited for 2 days&amp;nbsp;but nothing happen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BR&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks to dmitry post, I found the answer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'll share with you as it's simple and take 2min.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your camera firmware upgrade has failed, here is how to proceed:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;open your camera.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;There is a hidden&amp;nbsp;micro-usb port under the battery lid. Just remove the plastic cover, no need to&amp;nbsp;unscrew screws, see picture attached.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Then plug the micro USB cable (same as Samsung mobile) in the camera USB and the other on your laptop.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Wait for 5min while your camera flashes from red until the led flashes blue&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;connected to your base and you can see your camera&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;That's all Folks!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG alt="medium (1).jpg" border="0" title="medium (1).jpg" src="https://community.arlo.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/983iD7F7F0E15CAD5E47/image-size/small?v=mpbl-1&amp;amp;px=-1" /&gt;&lt;IMG alt="medium.jpg" border="0" title="medium.jpg" src="https://community.arlo.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/982i065C7632F2DE8B21/image-size/small?v=mpbl-1&amp;amp;px=-1" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
