Need help with system setup

I need help from Netgear. I keep trying to set up my system and it keeps kicking me out before I am done and now I have no idea in the world how to get in and set up my system. Thought this was supposed to be easy. I have been at it 2 hours.

Need details. To try to get started, though, reset the base by using only the reset button on the base until the LEDs flash amber. Wait for the base to reset (a couple of minutes) and try again. Have you already set up your account? If not, use the new system setup procedure, if you have, use the Add Device button.
