Picture breaking up on playback

for the last couple of days all the recorded films that have been taken on replay are breaking up and jerky, is this a recording problem or playback problem

There's been a lot of changes lately due to extensions in the browsers ( like flash ) due to security problems...

Easy test is

1) try a dfferent browser

2) down load the video and play local on the computer directly

If the local playback is smooth then its a data transfer or browser problem

One of my cameras got that symptom too.. Been troubleshooting it and have no luck.. It still continues to make that jerky breaking up motion very often now than before this new update.. Very frustrating indeed but thats how it is with this system for some of us.. For those who's not experiencing it.. Consider yourself lucky..

done a reboot of everything, seems to be a bit better will see how tomorrow goes
