Hi,

Having problem with viewing videos from Samsung tablet Galaxy S and mobile Galaxy S5. Everything works well until I try to start a video, Then it's saying cant't play video. It's working with wired PC, wifi PC Ipad Air2 and Samsung smartTV. Components are WD My Cloud 3TB and router R7000 with latest known software. Videos are working fine when playing them directly from SD-card. Tried different Android video-players but all with same result.

Any suggestions?

Video apps won't help viewing using the Arlo app, only with downloaded videos. First step - uninstall and reinstall the Arlo app. Also, does it work using a computer and browser?

Within the library select a day that has content and then select the content you want to view. Alternatively you can download the content and watch it locally. Are you getting any error messages when trying to do this? What browser/device are you using to try and view content?
