Hi

If got a new vdsl router/firewall in place with the effect that the arlo base station will not be seen any more.

The device is in the dmz and can communicate to the internet without any restrictions. Nevertheless it is shown as offline while the led on the base station tells me it has a connection.

What do you recommend?

Hi NewB5,

You may unplug then replug the Arlo base station from the new vdsl router/firewall then observe the LED lights and check if it gets online. Otherwise, you may reboot the Arlo base station while its directly connected to the new vdsl router/firewall then observe the LED lights and check if it gets online.

I am looking forward to your response.

Regards,
