      <description>&lt;P&gt;All was working well, now when I go into "Modes" on my tablet or cell, it just keeps spinning, thinking. Can still get in on computer. Have talked to Best Buy, Arlo chat, Verizon &amp;amp; Comcast. No help. Help !!!!!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If it's working on the computer, at least the Arlo system is ok.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try one mobile device at a time and check/re-install the app first as that's the easiest thing to do. ( btw, Android or IOS? )&lt;/P&gt;</description>
