Welcome to the community! If you have 3 solid green lights on the base (first 3 LEDS from left to right) That means your base station is online and cameras are synced. This means the error message you are receiving is a browser related issue. Make sure your Adobe Flash Player is up to date and enabled, clear your browser cache and log back in. Some users have also experienced this issue due to virus protection software. Are you able to log in and view cameras via the mobile app on another device? Let us know!

Initial installation worked! Then, the cameras went offline. The message asked me to connect the base station directly to the moden and I did. Now, everything is offline. However, I have 3 solid green lights on the base.
