i have recently stopped getting text alerts to my iphone...when i first installed it everythingwas fine....now nothing. Is there a setting i am not doing..i have it sent in rules to go to my phone but nothing

I guess you mean PUSH alerts, not texts as Arlo does not do text per say....

Do you mean emails in sms/text format? Or emails? Only email/text format emails are changeable in the rules.

In the RULES, when you change email info , its ( IIRR ) one of the places you need to save twice... once for the email and once when exiting.

So, a little more info and maybe we can give a better answer.

Go into SETTINGS/RULES

Click on to the 'pencil' to edit the first rule... Make sure there is a GREEN check mark after the email address listed at " send email alert to this list "

If the check mark is black, there will be no emails sent

You must do this for every rule listed.... if you change one, don't forget to save upon exit.
