      <description>I have the same problem since this this morning. I use 13 cameras and 3 stations. And the support is asking for a screenshot of the speed. Really funny support.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same problem since this morning.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't change the mode with my iphone but it's possible with my PC.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I use 1 station with 8 cameras.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi i have arlo and from today i have problem getting into rules, i cant switch on and of my rules. In the app it sayes geting information in sweden language.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought this system because I'm going to holydays.... but I cant go in the rules to set sensitivity or change the mode....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Message saying "please wait" or "obtaining infos"....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ill go on holyday without been able to configurate my system.... I hope a commercial gesture from Netgear, I bought this system but I cant use it.... I can connect to my account and see my modes on my computer, but when I tap on the "modes" icon in both the Ipad and Iphone apps, all I see is the message "Obtention des informati..." (in french version of the app)... Even when I try to go on the web portal on these devices, all I see is a "Loading" message under the Arlo Logo...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It worked two days ago when I set it all up, but not today...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

What I did.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I answered : 189 mbit/s in download and 19mbit/s in upload....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;From that answer total silence from support...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would like that a engineer tell me what is happening. I have to go in holyday tomorrow, I bought this system to secure my house but I still can configurate properly in going in the modes and rules.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I feel my money has been stolen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All my hardware at home is performant, my connection is fast but........ Arlo's system doesnt respond.....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I wait for a commercial gesture from Netgear: Ill go on holyday with my house unsafe.       <description>I tried to remove all the accents in the name of my modes (I use the french version of the app)... I had to connect to my profile with a computer to do this... And it seems to be working... I have access to my modes again on the iphone and ipad apps... Maybe you should try to connect to your account on a computer and try to modify the names of your modes... And tell us if it works for you too!</description>
