&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the community! I have a couple of additional questions that may help isolate the issue you're having:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. What is the behavior of the LED lights on your base station (solid green, solid amber, etc)?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. Are you getting an error message that indicates your base station is offline when logging on to your account?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3. What steps have you already taken?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
