      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a dynamic IP address that changes every day. Do i need a static IP address?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I try to access the cameras I get the message that the base station is not connected&amp;nbsp;to the internet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
