As a post script to my early question concerning how to remotely shut off the flashing red camera icon when livestream was not coming up...I took the camera off-line... but that did not help...the red camera icon continued to flash!

The camera evenutually timed out after 29 minutes and 57 seconds...and the red flashing camera icon stopped...

I hope there is a better way to remotely stop the flashing red camera icon AND NOW, I NEED TO REMOTELY PUT THIS CAMERA BACK ON-LINE! HOW?

Hi Plzhelp,

I saw that my colleague have answered this question in your other post. I have additional information about the flashing red camera icon. If all motion (based on the rule created) is on or enabled, the red camera icon will show up and start recording. With regard to your camera offline problem, try to reboot the base station and see if it will bring back your camera/s online. If not, try to place the cameras near the base station (maybe the signal is bad from where it's been placed) and check if it will resync.

Let us know if you have other questions and we'll be happy to help.

Kind regards,
