I Can't get the serial number detected

I have green lights.

I have base unit connetcted to the same router as the PC.

What can I do more.

I have reseted the base unit.

I have disconnected the mains and reconnected.

Nothing helps.

Please check the LEDs on the front of you base station and tell me what are the status. Please refer to this link below:
