We have now resolved this issue, please let us know if you are continuing to experience any problems.</P> <P>&nbsp;</P> <P>Thank you!</P> <P>JamesC</P> Wed, 23 Sep 2015 17:44:30 GMT JamesC 2015-09-23T17:44:30Z https://community.arlo.com/t5/Arlo/After-14-days-basestation-crashed-and-access-to-cameras-and/m-p/984939#M17985 <P>Hi ARLO</P><P>After 14 days it suddenly was impossible to get access to timeschedule from both IOS units and laptops, and cameras was not rinning anymore.</P><P>I did a factory reset of the basestation yesterday, and succeded in getting back on track and the cameras was running again- this was done from a laptop (WIN 8.1).</P><P>When we tried to change the timeschedule from our ipad half an hour later, problems started again, and we are now in deep trouble again.
