Update ... moved base station and the 3 cameras elsewhere with completely different internet access and problem remained. Odd thing was I could see the image of the new environment faintly behind the words advising that the base station was not connected to the internet. Deactivated base station, and did factory reset and sync'd all cameras then moved to original location and all is now fine.

System with 3 cameras has been working fine for many months but this morning I see via the iOS app & web browser that both the basestation and cameras show offline. All the correct lights are on on the base station (have done power cycle) but problem remains. I continue to get alerts to my iPhone and emails when movement is detected on all 3 cameras and I can see the video recorded a few moments agao ... so I do not see how either the base station or cameras can be offline. Any ideas what is going on and how to fix?

If your getting alerts and videos appear in your library my guess is Arlo servers are having issues once again. Give it some time and try again later.

Hi, thanks for that quick response. I wondered if that could be the case but have another system in another town which is working fine so discounted the option. Perhaps just some parts of their network affected so will wait as you suggest.
