I haven't putzed with email notifications in a long time but it should be that you don't do anything with that. Go to Settings and then Rules. Go to the rule you want to edit and scroll to the bottom. This is where you set email addresses for notifications. Be sure to use Save twice, once for the addresses and again for the rule.
