      <description>&lt;P&gt;New one, I think (don't recall a similar issue). &amp;nbsp;Last night I got one alert so I checked the library - no video. &amp;nbsp;Went to the camera and tried live view but it just timed out. &amp;nbsp;I've rebooted the base a couple of times, opened the camera battery door and waited a few seconds before closing it. &amp;nbsp;The blue LED did it's thing and all looks fine. &amp;nbsp;Motion detection test works fine. Positioning, live view and record on motion don't. &amp;nbsp;Communication is fine as evidenced by WiFi signal with all bars and LED showing sync after battery door opened. &amp;nbsp;Just seem to be something about the video.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bad camera? &amp;nbsp;Anyone got a couple other things to try?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've had this problem and for me, it was simply a communication issue. The camera would catch the motion an activate, but who knows how long it took to finally get a decent 2.4ghz connection to the base and&amp;nbsp;communicate this info to the base station, where you'd actually get an event notice through the app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You'll get a recording eventually, but when you try and live stream, you get the time out because of the poor/marginal 2.4ghz line of communication between the camera and base, even though you see four bars on the radar icon and you think somethings wrong with the camera&amp;nbsp;because it takes so long to get it to live stream, because of the weak wireless connection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
