Once they're deleted from the Recycle Bin, no. If they're still in there, you can select them and use Restore to put them back into the normal view.

Videos deleted manually or automatically after they have reached their maximum time limit on the cloud are permanently erased and non-recoverable. We advise you download and store locally any content you wish to keep for future use.

Deleted library content is not recoverable. We recommend you download and store locally any content you wish to save for future use.
