What happens when my basic plan storage is full?

Hi, what happens when my basic plan storage is full please?

My cameras stopped working yesterday and I noticed my 1GB storage was full. Did this cause my cameras to stop working? Or maybe i have another problem.

I thought the system just over-wrote the oldest video so i would continue to work.

Or is there a setting somewhere where i can control is behavior?

For iOS App, You go to Settings --> Preferences --> delete oldest files to make room.. should be listed as an option.. Not sure if web browser has this option coz' there was before.. Hope this helps!

Hi, there's no such option. Either on the Web app or Android app.

There is on the web PC if you have above basic as your service plan

You should have gotton an email if that option was toggled even on basic.
