Base station firmware is 1.4.2627

Camera firmware is 1.1.2074

I tried restarting the base station several times as well as toggling the auto update on/off several times.

Also, opened and closed the battery covers from the camera.

Question 1: are both firmware up to date, if not, why isn't it updating?

Question 2: I just installed this and after 1 day the battery on 2 out of 4 camera is showing 1 less bar on the battery. Probably used about 5-8 minutes tops total in optimal quality mode. I have motion sensitivity set to 85-90%, but would this impact battery life? Also, this is in southern california weather, so there's no suspect cold temperature problems. Is this normal??

The base station is up to date but the cameras are not. If opening and closing the battery door doesn't provide an update, overnight should. Give it a day or two.

Battery usage when new is highly variable depending on many things such as live streaming, positioning, just putzing around, etc. Usually life goes up once things are stable. Keep an eye on it...
