Multiple Battery Issues

Over the past 3 days I have received 3 different alerts for batteries being low. 1 brand new set was installed on 9/27 and has not had much use. The others are not that old either and have limited use. I have the base station set for auto firmware update. It seems odd that I would get this issue on 3 out of 4 of the cameras. We recently had heavy rains and 2 of the units are outside. 1 is projected under an over-hang and the other is exposed. These are to be weatherproof so if water is an issue then there is a design problem.

Looking for a solution because at $6 per battery and I have to replace 12 of them I am not finding the value in this product.

Just an FYI, 12 pack of CR123A's on Amazon for $18.

Doesn't fix your problem, but, a heck of a lot cheaper than $6 a battery.
