One of three cameras, no live video "please wait" and "the request times out"

One of my three cameras (driveway) does not provide live video and gives "please wait" then "the request timed out" on desktop, "please wait" then play arrow in Android.

Signal strength is 3 bars. I placed another camera in a similar spot (side and crash gate) which has the saem signal stregth and no issues.

I also gave the driveway camera a fresh set of batteries, although the indicator was full.

Any ideas?

This seems similar to my problem. I opened a ticket to resolve it - I expect it will ultimately be a camera replacement.

My issue is I bought it from ebay. Netgear is trying not to honor the warranty:

Our policy is to offer product warranties and to perform services only on products purchased from an authorized NETGEAR reseller and only accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. If you purchase a NETGEAR product from an unauthorized reseller or if the original factory serial number has been removed, defaced or altered, this NETGEAR warranty will not be valid.

Netgear came through. Camera sent in for exchange.
