Your user name will be whatever e-mail address you used to associate to the Arlo account. If you have forgotten that e-mail address you can use a new e-mail address by performing a two button factory reset of the base station and going through the new system setup process again. A two button factory reset is performed by holding down the red reset button on the back of the base station along with the sync button until all LED lights flash amber.
