Hi,

I am wondering when the cold temperature which cause the low battery would be solved, is there any ETA? This problem exist for a long time, and still not solved yet.

Good morning wensi,

If the camera's are placed outside in extremely cold weather, the batteries may give a false reading. Please refer to this article My Arlo cameras are reporting low battery In cold weather

The article below refers to rechargeable batteries that may increase your battery life with the Arlo system:

Rechargable battery usage vs time by type post spec info only

This will usually occur in weather below 14 degrees.

Operating temperature

14° to 122° F (-10° C to 50° C)

What is the current temperature where you are located?

Based on the 3 brands I've been testing, the TangsFire 1000 mAh batteries are doing the best by far.
