What browser are you using when attempting to download a video? To download a video from your library, you need only select the clip and then click the Download button at the bottom of the screen one time. You then may be prompted by another window to confirm the download but that will depend on what browser you are using. Currently all content that is recorded is uploaded and saved to the Arlo cloud. There are no alternative storage options at this time.

Please let me know if you continue having trouble downloading library content.

I select one of my clips that were stored ... sometimes the download procedure starts, sometimes it does not start, and I click and click and click ... What are the conditions that a clip download works, and why does Arlo not tell me "wait until this or that happens"?

Why dont you give me the chance to have my own clowd?
