Hi,

I recently buy a 3 camera kit and have a 25-30 seconds of delay when I see cameras on my cellphone or notebook inside the same wifi network. Can someone tell me how can I solve this?

You're not connecting directly to the base or cameras but to the Arlo servers. That delay is more or less normal and there's nothing you can do about it.

No. The connection between the base and cameras is a dedicated, secure WiFi setup.
