I get no notification warning about low batteries...

Hi,

I had the system for a few months now and not once have a I gotten any notification about low batteries. I have the setting turned on.

Also there should be another notification/email if your camera is offline.

CtK4949,

Have you verified your e-mail address within Settings, Personal Settings? If you have it will show as "confirmed", if not there will be a link to send the confirmation e-mail and you must then click the link to verify once that e-mail has been sent before any notifications can be received.

Yes it is confirmed. So it comes through email and not a app notification??

Yes, the low battery notice will be sent thru an email to yr registered address ( not a push )... The number of times I have received them on OEM batteries, the batteries were in the range of 8% to 15% left.

Ive had to replace one cameras battery already. One day I logged in to my Arlo and it said one of my camera was offline. So I just replaced the battery. I never noticed the battery bar going below 2 bars on any of my cameras.

Then I would recheck/confirm your email ( also junk filters)
