Im able to view and playback recorded and live video on a cellphone just fine. But when I try to do the same on a laptop or desktop PC either remotely or on the network, it shows the last snapshot of the last time I viewed the video on a cellphone, then waits awhile and says, "your base station is not connected to the internet. Please make sure its powered on and connected to your router." Since im able to view everything normally on a cellphone or tablet, obviously its connected correctly. Anyone know why I cant view on a PC?

Some users have had issues when anti-virus or anti-malware software is enabled (Bitdefender, etc). Consider disabling any you may have on the affected devices to try and further isolate the issue. You could also consider trying to log in from different browsers (Chrome, IE11, Firefox). When viewing from the mobile app are you connected to the same network as the PC/Laptop?
