&lt;P&gt;I am sorry to hear that Arlo system did not fit your needs.&amp;nbsp;Your service can be canceled by logging in to your Arlo account and navigating to Settings &amp;gt; Subscription &amp;gt; Change Subscription &amp;gt; select the Basic Plan (free). After the plan has been changed back to the free Basic subscription a refund will be issued.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>It keeps asking for credit card info &amp;amp; my credit card has no available credit left on it. Why does it need to have available cr dit to offer a credit when you're going back to the "basic" subscription??</description>
