&lt;P&gt;When you navigate to &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt; can you see the base station serial number? If not, navigate to subscription and click "&lt;STRONG&gt;add a base station&lt;/STRONG&gt;" and add it back to the account. This must be done from a device on the same network as the base station. It sounds like the base station may have been&amp;nbsp;removed from the account.&lt;/P&gt;
