Arlo Base Station Syn LED not coming on

Hi.

I have been trying to sync my wire-free cameras for the last couple of days. But the base station sync LED does not turn-on. I have tried pressing the sync button on the base station for 1 sec, 2 secs, longer. When I press it down for longer, the USB light flickers (as other posts have noted).

I have also tried restarting etc... nothing has resolved the problem.

Is there a problem w/ my device? Any thing else I should do to try and resolve?

Try resetting the base by holding only the reset button down until the LEDs flash amber. Let the base restart completely and try again.

No sync led have depressed reset until leds flashed yellow then waited for station to reset to green power and green wan then depress sync button now usb blinking green

If the USB LED is blinking, you pressed the sync button on the base WAY too long. These days, only a QUICK (<1 second) press is required.
