    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'd say let's first start with the basics. Reboot your router and afterwards your base station. I don't know how tech savvy you maybe but if you can log into your router make sure that it is on DHCP handing out IP addresses since the base station. Now you can discard my last sentence if you already connect to the internet through your router. One of the things I had to do to troubleshoot my base station was to ensure that certain ports were open for the base station on your router. The ports that need to be open are ports 80 (HTTP), 443 (HTTPS), and 123 (NTP). The last port is a port that Arlo doesn't post in their website but is necessary.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Could be bad hardware but first try swapping Ethernet cables and ports on the router. &amp;nbsp;Does the router port itself indicate connection when the base is plugged in?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
