Netgear tech support is unbelieveably terrible. I have a case number that is probably 10+ hrs of time. They refuse to even consider that the base might be bad. I have had my ISP techs here and on the phone with Netgear's tech. Netgear is saying that the ports 80 and 443 are blocking, and my ISP techs are saying that is definitely not the case. they have bypassed my WiFi router (whis is Netgear as well!) and he base unit is still not recognized. I have told them over and over that there used to be 2 green lights when it was working and now the ONLY green light is under the power symbol.

Base unit working for several months. Has not worked in 3 months. When I started having problems, the only light on base unit that is on and green is under power symbol. My wireless router is aloo a netgear brand and is working fine. I have 9 other devices connected to my wi-fi and they are perfect. I had my wireless provider come out and troubleshoot everything on my router and everything checked out fine and everything points to the base being faulty, or in need of troubleshooting. I have talked to tech with netgear for over 8 hrs total and they have not been able to solve

Has anyone solved the problem of this unit not being able to connect to any router after a period of time of normal operation? It seems not since the comments are a year old with no proposed solution.

Need a lot more details. What are the LEDs on the base showing? What have you tried and what were the results?
