Cameras Offline Should Equal : System Reboot

My Cameras were both showing offline today. I went into the Arlo web GUI and did a system reboot. Both cameras are now show online.

However.....why doesn't our Security System (Arlo) try doing that on it's own accord? If it detects all cameras not responding for a period of time....do a self-restart.

And how about a notification email when a camera goes offline?
