cant get online to change mode how can i fix this?

I cant seem to get online to change the mode for the cameras. my router is fine and so is my also base.

the arlo base is connected to the internet and all lights are solid green. what can i do to be able to get the cameras back online?

Judging by the multiple threads on this issue in the last hour, it's the system, not you. Let's see how quickly they get a fix in.
