Hi JamesC:

Thanks for the instructions....however, I may have complicated things by starting a New Account using the email address I would like my current ARLO account to have. I had not gone any further on the log-in page than email address and password with this New Account.

When I realized there was probably an easier way to re-designate an email address...I had already begun the New Account process.

Now, as I try to follow the instructions you gave, I am receiving the message "That email address is used by another account. Please use another email address"

How can the New Account email address be deleted so I can use it in my existing account ?

Plzhelp,

Deactivate the base station from the original account. This will release the serial number so that you can log in to the new account and add it. Let me know if you're still having issues!
