How to email a video saved as a Favorite

Can someone give me step-by-step instructions on how to email a video marked as a "Favorite"?

Will that video also remain in my Library after sending it?

Plzhelp,

Navigate to the library, click on the desired video to select it, click share and then click e-mail link. This will only share the video. After the video is shared it remains in the library where it can be viewed, downloaded, or shared again.
