&lt;P&gt;It isn't clear which camera you are working with. When going through new system setup the Arlo Q will ask you to scan a QR code on your screen but there is no base station involved with an Arlo Q. Wire-free cameras do not need a QR code scan to complete setup.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Are you working with an Arlo Q or Arlo Wire-free system?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have set up modem&amp;nbsp; and synced the cameras. I am trying to set up the cameras with scan on computer screen&amp;nbsp; but it is not making any noise after 2 minutes even though the blue light came on to start.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sounds like a Q camera - this is the wireless forum. &amp;nbsp;Try a reset of the camera using the reset button for several seconds until it clicks and flashes amber.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
