Hi I have Arlo HD Security System with 4 Arlo Wire-Free and 2 Arlo Q Cameras (VMK3500)

And I traded to install the cam no 6 but the system asked me to upgrade my plan .

I don’t know how to do it can you help me and send the instruction to do that.

I believe that's a special package which allows you to use 6 cameras on the Basic ( free ) level....

There was a possible special code needed at the install time ( ?? ).

If you already had an account set up prior to swapping to the VMK3500, you cannot take advantage of the special plan that allows viewing the 6th camera (VMK3500 exclusive).

You would need to create a new account to utilize the special 6 camera free Basic plan that comes with the VMK3500. Keep in mind this plan can only be used in US/Canada.
