troubleshooting basestation

after unpluging and resetting my basestation again! my basestation is still offline, ethernet cables, router and power cords are fine. power and internet led lights are green . but when i begin to sync cameras , the camera light does not turn green and the usb light ?!?! blinks amber?!?! what to do next?

You're holding the base station sync button down. Press it BRIEFLY - don't hold it.

Great response. The instructions tell you to hold the synch button on the base station until the camera synch light flashes green. If you follow Arlo's instructions, you won't be able to synch your cameras. Just press and hold synch button on base station for a second.
