    <description>&lt;P&gt;Could be dead batteries or a poor connection to the base. &amp;nbsp;You could swap cameras temporarily to see what happens to both or bring the "bad" camera inside to observe operation. &amp;nbsp;If the bad camera works fine after swapping or moving, it's something about the position that's causing the issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>One of my cameras (outdoors) sends alerts but won't record video or allow me to access it. Three other cameras are working fine and are indoors.&lt;BR /&gt;Help.</description>
