Shows recording counter in camera view even though no video is available / was deleted

In the camera view one of my cameras shows that 2 videos were recorded:

Yet when you click on the (2) and get to the Library with the Filter for the Camera, no recorded videos are available.

How is that possible and how do I correct that?

It may fix itself in a day or two since there was a new sw update on the servers and files seem to have been moved/deleted with the new no-recycle bin,etc

the easiest thing to try that is none destructive is a simple power down the base via power button and restart...let it reboot.

I have tried the restart... nothing changed, still displays 2 videos even though no recordings are available

Powerswiss,

Try taking a snapshot to see if it updates the count.

Start Live stream
Click the camera icon to take a snapshot
Stop the Live stream by clicking on pause icon

Afterwards you can delete the snapshot and make sure the counter updates to 0.
