    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanx again for your help jg. I tried the app reinstall. No joy. I am up to date with latest os 9.2. Again on my computer it works perfectly but on this iPad or my new iPhone when I click on the email alert to see what the motion is my camera picked up &amp;nbsp;all that happens is the screen is "frozen" and says Loading... Net gear support I found to be not very helpful and apparently not even available on the weekend when most people would have time to fuss with this stuff. Email alert not much use if I can't see it on a mobile device.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hello. &amp;nbsp;nthanks to jg for the help with my previous question. So now my email alert are sent and I can open the video on my desktop computer but not my iPhone or iPad. &amp;nbsp;When I try to open it on the mobile devices it just says loading. ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Don't have an iOS device to try but maybe a reinstall of the app would help. &amp;nbsp;It would seem to be something specific to your devices or the app (assuming they're the same version on both devices) that would be causing the issue. &amp;nbsp;Consider a chat or call to support if it continues - haven't noticed anyone else with this problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For those who do have iOS devices that may be able to help, what OS versions are on your devices as well as the app version?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since you're trying to click on the video link from the email, the app is not the problem. It would seem to be a web browser issue. What happens if you simply use the app to view the Library?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
