      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sounds like you're not in the US. &amp;nbsp;Folks outside of the US using ISP-supplied routers have noted issues with the router's setup that had to be resolved by changing router settings or having the ISP replace with a newer model. &amp;nbsp;Do you have access to the router config? &amp;nbsp;Ports 80 (http), 443 (https) and 123 (ntp) to netgear.com must be open.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If all LEDs are green but nothing is working, I'd perform a factory reset by pressing the reset button until the LEDs flash amber. Start over and see if that helps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
