Camera offline on browser/not on app

I have 10 cameras; all with full signals on them running on 2 base stations (9 cameras on base station 1 and 1 camera on base station 2). The one camera that is in the 2nd base station shows as offline on every single browser and computer that I have tried, but shows online in the iOS app. Also, i can recover recordings from that same camera via the browser even though it appears offline. I have tried all the suggestions in this community, to no avail. Suggestions, please.

Try flushing the browser's cache. It may be stuck using old data.

To go all the way, since it's only one cam.....

deactivate the camera

deactivate the base

reset the base by a hold reset button for 5-10 sec till front LEDs flash

bring back base 2 as new device

bring back cam on base 2as new device/ sync
